For the last 3 years I have had various pains be it back, neck wrist etc....finally I got myself together and this morning went to see a chiropractor...45 minutes later I walked out feeling on top of the world...
After a thorough Q&A and a click here and a click there some stretchs here and a few more clicks and cracks...wow...I have booked myself in for another appointment in 7 weeks...
I am hoping that this will help as part of my new fitness kick will help in keeping my tired body in shape.
But on a serious note...if your feeling muscle and joint pains and twinges...why not try a chiropractor? I am truely converted...
Cheers
Dave.

This may not help you much but everything here in The Netherlands is expensive but I paid 70 euro's for the 1st consultation and additional appointments are 43 euro's.
Cheers

I am off to see mine this afternoon. I go every six weeks. Will be doing some fine work on my neck today. I pay £27 per visit, and claim it back against tax. money well spent

a good chiropractor is worth every penny. Had real back pains when i was in final year of uni, and even worse when i was in office job. Had to go at least once a month. Now that im full time cleaning its maybe every 3months. My visits are now £24.

I went to see one once (well, a few times actually) and she charged me lots more than that ;D
She even offered to stay the night for a 'special' rate. What was that all about then ???

How about osteopaths, not only they manipulate the bones but also the muscles and tendons. Had one look at my elbows recently as I got pain in them when ever I leaned on them. He showed me how to stretch the triceps out that go around the elbow and attach to the forearm. Now no pain at all.
