Post by: Ian Gourlay on May 24, 2005, 07:51:33 am
Does anyone have any knowledge of Graffiti Removal.

Are there any Chemicals that will remove Graffiti from Porus Brick  or is the only solution Sand Blasting.

If I remember rightly, when watching a Life of Grime, they used a chemical to get rid of the grafitti and it was spray blasted on like with a pressure washer! Dunno what it was called tho' Might have a trawl thro the net and see what I can find!!

here we go, tried this site

http://www.dumondchemicals.com/graffiti_remover.htm

Sorry if I'm not much help there

Hi.

Most graffiti can be removed using specialised pressurised water equipment, even from porous brick.

If you go to www.afsystems.co.uk, they do a graffiti removal service using exactly that system.

Hope this helps.
