Title: needed sample flyers please

does anyone have a sample flyer for gutter cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning that i could have a look at please. just looking for something to help get my creative side working so i can start and sort out my first flyers.

1  have you logo and address at top
2  inthe middle what your services you provide
3  any offers like first clean free for anyone who gets 5 or more custies
4   bottom phone number in large print try do this in colour stands out better
