Cheers Jeff,

not usually more than 100 ft away but wondered if it's better than using a tap as the pressure builds up in system so either spays out with great pressure or trips the pump

this way when custy brings the coffee i don't have to walk back to van  ;D

Forgive me if i`m wrong but is`nt this just like having a tap on either your pole or hose to turn water on/off ?

PK - sort of...   :P

I am hoping/expecting it to actually turn off the pump controller so there is no build up of pressure when moving from the back to front of the house or onto the next house

i use a tap but i dont have a digital controller so the pump is still running and if i wait to long it trips out or worse finds a weak spot in the system and starts to leak at a connection.

I bought one of these but am still trying to figure out how to connect the wires.

I have just bought a didgital controler now.

Where do I connect these wires up to.

When I tried the system did not switch off then I reconnected in a dif place and it switched of but not back on again........I eventually gave up.

Matt sent me a diagramme over the nett but I lost it or accidentely deleated it.

If you can help I would be mucho apreciatedo  ;D

why not just buy a trigger and put it on your pole. turns the water off and on without taking your hands off your pole and guaranteed to work every time

This is basically a remote control switch. If you switched  the live feed between the Varistream and the pump, why would you need a separate or different relay?
I know you would have to turn the Varistream on manually at the beginning of the day, but a digital and older version of the varistram should work identically.
My on off toggle switch is wired this way, cut the live wire between Varistream and pump and wire in your switch.

We use remote controle which work perfect up to 100 meters and allows fine pump control 0-99.

whats wrong with closing the tap a little to restrict the flow of the water.
I do this all the time and have had no problems.
