Been doing this house for about 3 years now, and then bout 6 months ago she sent letter sayin dont do them again. Fair enough, about 3 months later rings and asks if i can come do them again, so been on time last 3 months looking after her, then today she topped it...can you leave them again now ive found someone whos going to do them by hand, its why i stopped you last time but he messed me about, i might call you again if this one does the same....

so youve got a regular window cleaner, who you trust...tried another one and got let down, now your going to try another one! Stupid people! I hope she rings back and ill say im too busy.

why didnt you tell her there and then that you would come back if she asked, as you only take on regular customers ??

dont say your too busy!

say you have found a more reliable customer to take her place and her un reliable custom is no longer required.

she how she likes it.  >:(

Can you block numbers from dialling you?

If so, block her.

My response to this type is

'Most of my customers want a regular window cleaner and as a window cleaner I want regular customers'

god,thatd make my blood boil - then its time to transform into ugly mean face mode and  "stick a few fuchs " into the conversation  makes sure she wont bother you again . its a bit sexist, but mentioning her saggy"spaniels ears" often does the trick
