Title: "ISO9001...what is it?"
Post by: micsampip on May 22, 2005, 05:24:19 pm
 :) Hi there,

I've heard some of the more experienced businesses mention ISO9001.

I was wondering if it is a requirement set by the local authorities in order to clean their premises. If so what sort of standards are they looking for?

Could anyone shed any light on the above.

Thanks

Lisa  ;)

I got my ISO9000 registration certificate in April, and the cost was well under £1800 including staff review etc etc. I think it's worth while doing if you're doing a lot of tenders but don't really see it being an enormous selling point otherwise..
