Hi Guys,
I know I saw this topic a couple of weeks ago, but can't find it now !!
I'm a trad w/c, thats been asked to quote (and ideally clean) a lean to conservatory with a polycarb roof. The roof has a lot of brown rust looking staining running down. Am I right in thinking this is coming from the lead flashing, and if so what's best to clean it with and how long does it take?
Cheers

Most likely to be from the previous cleaner when his ladder slipped!!! ;D
A good soak and rinse should move it! Use gloves ;D

John,
LMAO !! Just a rinse no chemicals, cleaning agents ??

Hi
Sorry just my low sense of humour cutting in.
Seriously, i'm not sure about the stains but i guess other guys will suggest a TFR (Traffic Film Remover) if pure water doen't shift it. Make sure that if you do use a TFR it's a non caustic one.
Cheers
