i remember reading on here a while back about being able to pay for a solicitor letter asking for payment from a customer who refuses to pay, think it was only about 4 quid as well, can anybody help with any sort of link?

Isn't there something you can download if you go through small claims court?

Ask Neil Williams, I know he's had some experiences of this.
(he may even read this thread?)
