The round covers Ashburton, Bovey Tracey and Buckfastleigh which are all towns off of the A38 near Newton Abbot Devon. The work ranges from nearly 10years old to work which is still coming in. It is 99% domestic and wfp. This is a genuine and reluctant sale due to growing commitments in the manufacture of wfp equipment. It brings in a basic £1800 a month however it generates the normal spin offs such as gutter cleaning and pressure washing. I am asking £8500ovno. The average asking price for a WCR should be up to 3 x monthly income, but expect to pay slightly more if it has been established for any length of time.
