Title: round for sale/rent ,chester
Post by: bobplum on September 19, 2009, 11:15:55 pm
would  anyone in the chester area be intrested in a small round in the handbridge area
i am more on the other side of the river so its always a drag getting thru the city centre would like to sell but would consider renting
have got rid of the bad custys and most now pay online or cheque so collecting wouldnt be a problem

Is it honestly worth selling a round in the same city as you because its too far for you to travel mate?

in a word - yes
im intending to spread out in the other direction away from handbridge
im also a plumber and intend to start picking up more work to compliment the income,i have a good lad working the round so i can split my time between the two,he hasnt decided if he wants it so im putting out the feelers to see what intrest if any exists
because of the city being split by the river anyone buying it would be on one side and me on the other-we can wave to each other!

If these are your plans bob why dont you get the work your looking for in the other direction then when your in a stronger position you can offload whatever work you dont want

to everyone
i will try and sit down tonight and send the details to intrested parties
i can tell you its worth,i think £400 so were not looking at a massive round ,
i do £2800 a month so as you can see £400 is a small part of it and hence  i begrudge going from one side of chester to the other thru the town
its all 4 weekly and the old chestnut yes there is scope to expand in that area
will email later
