Did you dunk it in your tea? ;D

I'm quite proud to say I don't think I've ever turned a cuppa down, even in those houses where you wipe your feet on the way out (some of them actually make the best tea!).

What gets on my wick the most is when you spend 4 hours working in someone's house and they DON'T offer tea, I think that's a bloody cheek!!  It's an unwritten rule, I might even add it to my T&C's :D

i went to a job the other day and no sooner had the lady opened the door than she dragged me upstairs, gave me a right seeing to in bed, she did the lot then she took me downstairs and cooked me the best fry up i've ever had  and there was a fiver under the mug of tea!. i said what brought that on then and she said that she had asked her husband that morning if she should tip me a tenner and he said 'f**k him, give him a fiver', she said with a big smile that the fry-up was her idea!!

 ;D :)

I always accept a drink and take 10 mins out chatting whilst drinking it, you wouldnt believe the difference it makes.
Relaxed way to sell protector, get them to re-book for 6 months time, more referralls etc, makes them feel relaxed with you and they feel like they know you.

I was working in an Indian and the guy offered me a can of cider and I accepted it..... I opened it and a few gulps later I asked where the bin was to ditch the empty can.... His face was a picture, I was meant to take it home after I'd finished the job :D
