Title: WFP / Fine Spiders Webs
Post by: L.Doubtfire - The Blade Runner on September 16, 2009, 11:15:06 am
I`m mainly commercial and just wondering if this summer you
Fella`s have been finding the same as myself. It`s the worst summer
Yet for very, very, very, fine spiders webs across the window glass !
On many jobs I`ve had to `trad`em`cos`the filaments and ẁebs`etc.
Sticks to my brush and just can`t get a decent finish.Normal soilage
Just runs down the window by gravity but not these fine webs !
Your findings, replies etc. thanks in advance.

you're not scrubbin' hard enough ;D

but I find it is bad for webs, and you do need extra to get it off

I know this slows me up but I go round with a none WFP extending brush and quickly clear as many cobwebs as I can.  Works for me.

and .... yes this is the worst so far - I hate the things - must be something that happened in my childhood   :o

Good idea, Thats what I should have done yesterday. I cleaned a commercial converted wooden barn and every window was full of webs! It came up good in the end but it took 90 minutes as it was 1st clean. The job would normally take 45 mins max

Done the same for one of my jobs yesterday, covered in webs. Got the harris pole, got a screw on brush and used that 1st. Otherwise the wfp gets covered and takes forever to rinse off! Brush heads were 2 for a quid out the pound shop!
