Hi,
 
is there any way i could move my whole round , and block them into areas on the george programme,
 
Rather than moving each individual customer?

Gazzap could you not creat new 'rounds' but with this method you would need to view each round seperatly in 'jobs' & say 'Diary view'...I do not think you could view them all at the same time....but this would be perfect if your were taking someone on.

I have been trialling WCP and this I have found is better suited to individual/multiple 'round' working.

Cheers Dave,

I cover lots of areas and i simply want to tidy the whole round up,

i just thought if i typed an area in ....i could find all the calls in that area...rather than move everything individually.


when i first started i hit every single area i could, and now its blocking off nicely, but because i built it from scratch, its scattered.

and instead of putting a new call into its right place... eg. " i will do your first clean in two weeks, when i am back in the area"

i actually did it as soon as i got the phone call, so i did not losre the call.

so now lots of customers are in the wrong place....
