If you have started w/c and decide to employ someone else to help with the work load what do you think the reasonable percent or wage to pay would be i would be working out all the work and collecting they would be doing around £120 a day work

I`ve had someone working for me for the last two years and the way I pay him is; if he does less than £120 we half it, but anything over £120 I get £60 and he gets the rest. This way he has an incentive to keep working and if he doesn`t work I don`t pay him. And I get an extra £300 on top of what I earn.

Can I come and work for you then? PLEEEEASE!
Sounds like your employee has a great deal there
