Title: Sunday... The day of rest... Or not
Post by: Blue Frog Systems on September 13, 2009, 12:25:53 pm
Whilst most people enjoy a sunday off, I've got jobs to do....

Clean my own fascias and windows

Windows haven't been done for about 3 months and fascias.... Never. Had a maintainence guy knock my door and ask if I wanted a price last week. Told him I'm a windy cleaner and I do them jobs. He must have thought yeah right.

How often do you clean your windows / fascias ?

Finished the lot, with a few breaks or more in between.

Used my newly made Harris pole with dual trim flocked superlite. WoW is all I can say. The superlite being thinner means I can get right up the fascia board (behind the gutter). I could never clean that well with the vikan oval I had before. Will be able to do more of these jobs on my 1 off days at this rate :)

I generally do my own windows twice a year.  I don't touch facias as I'm in a flat.

I clean the windows once a month, guttering once a year, but my other half insists I do them every 3 months, told her the kits in my van and for her to do them herself. lol

Blackpool is a money taking machine lol I always spend a fortune there!

I was in anglesey all day yesterday was quality, spent the day having a bbq on beach and rowing a lil inflatable dingy out as far as we could and then doing backflips(or trying too ) off it  :)

we worked out how much the weekend cost, it was slightly over 120 quid

thats 10 quid each adult for the show though aswell, i also purchased a T shirt for a tenner and a vintage bottle opener for 12 quid

campers at this show were pricey, i havent kept a eye on the prices for the last 18 months or so ( no need to ) its scarey what they sell for
