I recently read on here that one of the window cleaners has a Soda blast pot for sale. If it is you or if you know who has this equipment can you let me know.
I may be interested in purchasing the pot - providing it will remove what I need to remove.
many thanks

Are you looking for a wet soda blast pot that operates with a pressure washer and is mixed at the nozzle or a dry blaster?

i think you will find that soda crystals wont move these.

This is my worry - I have seen on a website - white line removal being displayed but I am also thinking that it may not be aggressive enough.

i tried this at a factory we clean, soda crystals whernt aggressive enough so i tried wet sand blasting it this didnt revove it either i ended up using a floor scarifier hired from hire centre this did move the lines but scuffed the concrete slightly i had pre warned them that this would happen and they whernt bothered they just wanted lines removing, i think they burn the lines off when doing road works but not 100% sure.

Yes the lines are burnt off on the roads, but if you do it inside it really does stink!!

This is for a contact at Heathrow airport, looking for an alternative to burning and at the moment the only thing that is stacking up is Hydro blasting but it is very, very expensive!!

m clean the only way that is aggressive enough is burning and hydro blasting, father in law owns a white lining firm ;)

Hi Rob
soda blasting is widely used for paint removal, stone cleaning and beam restoration.
The media is very fine but is available in different grades. I am not 100% certain it would remove road markings but can try it out on an area of road markings outside our workshops.
