Title: Nescafe Caramel Cappuccino

Called out today total large hot glassfull on cream tight 50/50 mix loop carpet. Used coffe reover from Alltec and then Blitz and T/M it 80% better also used Hydrogen Peroxide still showing shading any tips anyone please best Simon

let me guess the customer has had the vanish out before calling you in, i would try some more peroxide, what strenght did you use?

I would have started off just acid rinsing it then MS.

Customer just used water to pad out tried tannin remover before blitz used Hy Px at 9% vol cheers simon
