as am new to this dont want to sound silly but is there any effective way to sort out worn carpet.
also how can u tell pile reversal know sounds silly

If it's worn, it's worn - a pile lifter or agitation machine might help.

As for pile reveral, simple - the pile is going in a different direction to the rest of the carpet - like rubbing the nap on a snooker table in the wrong direction.

cheers steve i have a brush system that conects on my grace 5020 can i put prespray in to my machine to go through brush system if you know what i mean then spray a rinse aid after then use just water in machine to finally rinse and dry ?

I don't know anything about the grace - but what you have described sounds long winded.

You want a pump-up sprayer, put your alkaline pre-spray in that and your acidic rinse in your machine.

finger scrape

scrape your fingers across pile reversal, the pile will show the marks of your fingers before the pile reverses but wont after, opposite the other way. hey i'm on newcastle brown ale, thats the best explanation i can muster.

just got back from caspian.
garlic and cheese bread, cheesy chips and mayo, need something to wash the new keys down. ;D
bluddy good stuff these are, its been a whiole.
