Yes

I use my wand with this:

The wand is pretty heavy and waggly though and the collars are a pig to use at times.

Gemma even if it is for the occasional custy you will have to take care with that one, its for domestic use so if you do get it then only run it for 15 minutes maximum then turn it off for 10 minutes, I learnt the hard way so I'm happy to pass on my findings.
Also check with northern tool regarding the fittings from the lance to the PW, it will also pay you to get an extension high pressure hose because if you don't you will be moving the pressure washer around constantly and with no wheels it can be cumbersome and heavy.
You will also need the nozzles and the gutter cleaning attachment to go with it, go for the pack of 5 Use the yellow (narrow Jet) to clean the internal of guttering, the black one to apply your detergent to the out side and then the yellow to clean the external of guttering facias and soffits, do not use the yellow to clean the external sections until you get the hang of it and don't use it if they have wooden facias or you'll blast the paint off.

I normally use the white one. Have to have a look see if i've got a yellow one.
-
If you want to blast the crap out then the yellow one is a must ;) the white one is good if the guttering isn't to bad inside but for the ones with weeds and trees growing in then then show them no mercy ;D and use the yellow one.
Oh and Gemma until your used to it take a broom with you to clean up afterwards.
A word of warning when using the yellow Jet HOLD ON TIGHT and I mean tight, hold it a foot away from the guttering and lower it down and before letting go of the trigger raise it a foot from the guttering because the kick back can damage the guttering and your gear.
-
Which colour do you use on the outsides Jeff?
-
The white one normaly unless I have a real gubby one then I stick the yellow one on but if they have wooden facias you have to take care or you can blast the paint off :o also I use distance to control the pressure? If I'm swilling off any soap I move backwards to give less force.
I use the white one insides to because I built my own gutter scoop to clean the trees and weeds out.

I use this PW very good, but it is still a small PW.

Its ok going on about the colour coded nozzles, but different manufacturers will have their own colour coding.
I only have a black, red, green, white.
black - Detergent/chemical application
Red - 0 degree angle
White - 25 degree angle
Green - 40 degree angle
I mainly use the white for the cleaning.
plus if you crank up the throttle this will give you alot more pressure.
-
Just had a look at mine. Probably some chinese stuff:
White - 40 degrees
Red - 0
Green - 25
Yellow - 15

As we were talking about northern tools products I also mentiond the nozzles available from them.

You guy's have had experience with the lance but gemma is just starting out and as we all know it takes a little getting used to so all the help we can give her before she starts is better than finding out the hard way like we had to ;)
-
I used mine today but I only use it on the outsides of the gutters. I'm pretty strong but I can't say I enjoy using it. They are fairly heavy anyway but the high pressure hose weighs a ton. I don't know how big you are Gemma but there's no way my other half could use one.

you can buy belts that make them easier to use, but i find these awkward.

thanks a lot for all the helpfull advice guys : :)
