hi all,
just read thread on backpacks started by lwc.
intresting reading.
i have a freedom been using nearly 3 years, happy with but not perfect for every job i.e terraced hoses or semi's with narrow or cluttered acess i.e wheelie bins rubbish bags etc.
i have 15 ft of minibore i coil up and take with trolley so i don't have to keep moving.
Was thinking of wcw backpack on top of 25 ltr barrel, strapped to sack trolley.
Is there a way of drawing water out of barrel through backpack, i.e like the clip on utube where guy uses shurflo backpack as van mount.
So you use wcw backpack as trolley system; water drawn through a feed pipe goes out barrel through feed pipe, through wcw backpack out of pole.
then when needed take wcw back pack of trolley and run through terraced house,
I hope i'm not talking rubbish ::)
wcw bkpack holds 16 ltrs as a barrel is 25ltrs and with feed pipe wouldn't have to keep re-filling backpack just pop feed pipe in as freedom trolley but when needed wcw bkpk could be removed of trolley quick as said above for bl00dy awkward jobs.
the other issue i have with freedom trolley is replacing parts; i sent back to adepta and they've done it for me (great company) but this is an issue things packed in too tight :(
wcw backpack £100 :) if it lasts a yr throw it away get another.
any thoughts?
thanks lee
