i've heard that somthing called (type 10 ) can be used for getting yellow foam off pvc frames,anybody heard of this stuff?

Tony use type 5 not type 10 mate, type ten is very very strong and I used it too strong on a customers gutter and the gutter started to blister and bubble.
I personally use Syroflex UPVC cleaner now.

what is it, this type 10 , i've never heard of it b4, also the stuff you use where can i get it, thanks

Its a UPVC cleaner that alot of window manufactorers use when they build the window frames.
I would Google Syroflex upvc solvent cleaner. there is a place locally to me that sells the syroflex.

Hi i carry Type 10 on the van and done around 5 frames ,works like a t-cut very strong and also a long process have to wear upvc gloves as dissintergrated my ones.Wish i took some photos cos the frames were really bad one was stained black from the boiler flue,came up sparkling they were brand new but took ages to do,Cannot get on glass and def not on rubbers,my father in law has window conservatory company so thats how i got it.Couldnt work with it all the time.Cheers

A quick sniff of that stuff blows your head off :o :o :o

Tell me about it lol When I first used it I took a sniff up the ladders and almost fell off lol
I pour it onto an old tea towel and when it starts to dry out I just spray the tea towel with water and it reactivates.
