Title: Quality employee?
Post by: ftp on September 05, 2009, 09:05:26 pm
How do you get one? I'm mega fussy with my work so i'm never happy with the results - never ever!
Work is going daft at the moment - five more on my answer phone this week and I can't bring myself to reply to them yet.
So if you employed someone, how on earth would yo get a top quality employee because anyone worth his salt would have his own round surely?
Not that I'm thinking of employing - just churning things over at the moment.

Oops meant to post this on the other section.

I trained my brother in law over 6 months to do the work as i wanted it done. He got alot of stick and abuse from me at first lol Never mind he does the work to perfection and is highly praised .

He has found some benifits of having his own round which he is building but without my help. I think to learn key lessons in business its better to get stuck in and find out the hard way
