Title: losing custy

had this custy for 3yrs now really nice people called back for money askes me not to clean them till summer as it's not worth it with all the bad weather , they live on a main road and windows get filthy in winter , i don't like it when valued custys give you silly excuses

Just say yes and when the time comes you will have either filled that spot if not take them back on but with a first clean price of double.

Not alot you can do really as you know...

Had this myself a couple of times and told the customer that i work to a regular schedule and that i dont do seasonal work if i did it would not be worth my while to be in the window cleanig trade and would need to have another venture          DROP EM!!!!!!

Unless it is a quality issue, I don't bother trying to guess a customers reason for cancelling.
Life is too short to put effort into a lost cause.  :D

As I read it they haven't cancelled they have just dropped out for the winter. There are always some customers who do this.
Just say when shall I come back? No need to make it a problem.

I work all year round and that`s it,never let the customer dictate otherwise when word spreads they can have them cleaned when they want you`ll have no work until April.
