Can you use activator onb upholstery or is it only for carpets?

It will not harm upholstery, and works well sometimes. But micro splitters will work better.

Steve

I once pre sprayed Activator on the top edge of a cotton upholstered sofa (the hard to clean part of the frame where it gets a lot of hand soils) and rubbed it with a hand mitt, the result was fantastic.  As the previous post states Activator will be effective in cleaning upholstery but I only used it as an emergency back up if I had nothing else to use, being neutral I can't see it doing any harm.

Alan Wrigby from Stockport uses or used to use it on everything, carpets, upholstery and curtains I think he chucked the missus out and used it for that as well!

PS I mean washing the pots!!

It will work on anything, with very good results in most cases.
It is more expensive to use than other alternatives though!
