Hi guys, I have just picked up a new customer who has approx 200 houses he wants cleaning after the builders have been in. Now these builders love expanding foam, it is everywhere along with cement/concrete/paint and anything else they could get on the windows!
What are the best products to use to get each thing off?
I use wfp
thanks in advance

Trad I'm afraid. Ladders, scraper blade, mop and squeegy!

a scraper blade? that will damage the frame won't it?
-
no as long as you're careful use really soapy water so the scraper will glide over frame also , there was a previous post on here about getting the custy to sign a clause incase of damage to glass , especially with cement on glass its tricky to get off carefully, and as above ladder and scraper only way

its a bugger to get off your hands ;D

New cleans are a real bugger. I had to do a mini-estate of them last year and I didn't mind the work because I'd priced the jobs as if I didn't want them; and then ended up getting them since their 'normal' window cleaner did not turn up on the two occassions he was meant too.
I was getting £60 a house with about 10 windows; though I did do a gutter/soffit/eves wash too with a WFP (but they didn't really need doing since the houses were brand new; so I just went through the 'motions' if you know what I mean).
That was good money for us, though Roy Harding charges about £60 for 10 windows on his routine work! ;D
