Title: starter wfp setup wanted - Lanarkshire

I am looking for a full starter wfp setup for communal area windows. I think I need a backpack/trolley system. I am in the Lanarkshire area of Scotland. Alternatively i could get someone on here to clean a few windows for me once a month.
