Title: handy thing google street maps

handy thing is street maps, i like to know what i am getting in to,  story is i gets a call to come and clean his 3 up windows, i say wheres your last window cleaner, he says he never came back, he use to be very regular, bells ringing, so i looked at google street maps, the whole road and pavements had a revamp, can you spot why the old window cleaner stop coming, while your working that question out, i had told him i was checking his house from street maps, i says to the chap, which is your windows standing facing the front, he says do you want me to open the window to let you see   ;D ;D

cause he couldnt get the angle for his ladders since the shiny new fence went up

aye that would hurt :'( wish they would hurry up with the google street view round my way though. it looks handy

ya fink falling off the ladder would hurt take a look at this page 3 second row second 1 in really disturbing viewing only watch if ur brave!!

sorry jouk just someone said that if u fell of a ladder at that angle it'd hurt sorry to hijack ya thread mate, just thought it was a bit sick and people maybe interested in it

could you tell me how to get this street map program loaded up, i cant seem to get it, im getting all sorts of crap, if you can explain as if im a two year old, not that good at computers yet. i would be greatful if you can help as this would be very handy.

open google, click maps, type in st number name of street and town, if street maps have been to your area the house will show up, no software to download, it is all online

Here's a good simple video on how to use, watch it all the way through as it shows how you can use it by putting in an address then further on how to drag and icon to the road you want -
