Title: Sub contracting v Employing

Do any of you guys sub contract work out rather than employing?

If you do, what do you need to consider? Is it worth it or would you rather have an employee?
Is there any potential tax/NI savings?

I used to sub out some of our lidl stores but it was that much of a pain it worked out easier doing them ourselves.
