Probably got better things to be doing like running their businesses, rather than reply to the usual "how much to quote for this", "im new and how do i start out window cleaning", or "what equipment do i need?" posts that seem to be forever posted...

Most of the questions have already been answered, it's all there in the backposts. I ask myself, is it easier for me to reply, or the poster to do a search?
It gets a bit boring repeating the same old advice.

I know, why not start a discussion on WFP v Trad. we haven't done that one for ages!

Posters come and posters go. Some you wish would go stay. Some change their names more often than they change their underpants.

Hey, I won't have that! I've changed my name slightly 3 times in five years and I change my underpants every single year!  ;D

I was speaking to an old poster today, and we were chatting about how many people treat this forum as a social networking and chat site rather than using it as business development tool.

Having a chat and a joke is ok but there does seem to be far more of that than anything else.

i'm still alive in case anyone is wondering .
I always seem to be too busy to take time to reply to many posts. I only tend to post if I have a particular question (which doesn't seem to be very often nowadays) or if I can answer a question or if I have something useful to offer.

Ain't you the bloke who threw a strop deleted your account then logged on with a different name to see if anyone missed you?
And weren't you also the one who sang good things about who was it,equip-direct or something, then kept quiet when people got ripped off?   ???

What? Youve got a vivid imagination mate.

Ive never done any business with equip-direct. I wouldnt comment on them therefore. I dont know what thread you're refering to; perhaps you'd like to enlighten me.

My post was a joke btw  ;D irony! irony! Oh never mind, its obviously lost on you.

My apologies if i got you confused with someone else. Your joke went over my head as well.
I shouldn't post when i've had a few beers. Lesson learnt.
