Post by: gr cleaning solutions on August 26, 2009, 03:55:32 pm
hi I'm after some help please, how do you go about pricing up end of tenancy cleans . DO you have a set amount for the size off the house ie terrace ,semi ,detached then add on extra for how much cleaning there is to do. Any advice on pricing would be a great help   thanks  Gavin

Well it went quite well.the property wasn't in that bad condition. The products I used worked well and got the job done.I charged £10ph and the agents wanted me for 3 hrs.Id done an inventory list of all the jobs which I would be doing and showed it to them beforehand which they seemed to be happy with I finished about 10 mins later then planned but think that was my own fault for messing with my ipod lol.Hope this helps and I would definately do it again.

sorry haven't read full thread but my site has an online quote, feel free to play around with it and try and think that one hours = iirc £12, so the quotes are prices /* 12 = that amount of time. we do muddle around though when you a fair amount of rooms with discounts slightly or even increases.
