Title: Mattress Cleaning Equipment - Stand alone or Add-on!
Post by: irving on August 23, 2009, 09:09:02 pm
Due to Health reasons, I am selling a nearly new mattress cleaning system brought from http://www.healthysleepgroup.co.uk/businessop.html. Cost me £ 3500, only been used 5-6 times. Fantastic add-on business for carpet or window cleaner. Interested in part-ex for smaller wfp system with or withouth van.

Unless you supply accounts, customers. data base , contracts vans etc then its not a business for sale, so the post is misleading.

I am sure you would get a better response if it was advertised for what it is, a bit of kit surplus to requirements.

As the advert say, it is a mattress cleaning system for sale and not a going business! Actually had quite a nice little business with 3 machines, other 2 sold as a going business. This was just to see if anybody should be interested, but as usual on this site you mainly get abused from people who have notning else to do. But thanks for the couple of serious between the reply's.

You say 3 machines doing good business, so therfore you will have some figures to back up the demand. If that's the case you will have a much better chance of flogging it than just saying used half a dozen times won't you?

Dear Mike Osbourne, I am not up for an argument with somebody like you, I am not selling a business, my old business was sold for 8 months ago because of bad health (really none of your bloody business anyway) this was a new machine brought as a back up and grow the business just before my illness. Will not be answering any of your stupid comments anymore, but serious quistions are welcome. Many thanks

If what you say here -

'Actually had quite a nice little business with 3 machines, other 2 sold as a going business' is correct surely my comments are constructive and would help you sell it if someone was genuinely interested you could show them PROOF.

Get well soon anway. ::)

If your not selling a business why is the topic Mattress Cleaning Business in the for sale section..

as previous have said the topic is misleading! It would have been better to put Mattress Cleaning Equipment.

Then you wouldn't have got any "stupid comments" regarding this thread..

Some people... blaming and insulting others for their own mistakes.  Now THAT is typical of this forum

I had one of these or similar,a few years ago.
I struggled getting the clients for it.Tried really hard as well.
What it needs is one or two big budget companies to advertise,as most people in this country are unaware that they need to be using this service.
When it does take off though I really think it will be worth reinvesting.

Good point Clive, but giving a bit of hard work did well for me, used to have a carpet cleaning business sold it for 2 years ago so I had a massive excisting customer base to use. It was very good and is still doing very well with its new owners.

I think most people would be uncomfortable having a personal thing like a mattress peered at and cleaned?
The market for this would appear to be mainly hotels, care homes etc.
Good luck.
