Poll Fed Pure water cleaning system

Resin based pure water system,
Resin is stored in the two grey plastic tubes on the red tank, when normal tap water is passed through the resin it purifies the water, this saving the water drying out on the window in streaks.
There are two poles for sale in the system both heads are in excellent condition
The Green pole is a three stage telescopic pole 24 ft when fully extended,
The Grey pole is two one stage telescopic pole 12 ft when fully extended,
50litr tank mounted on wheels, there is a bag of resin included in the final price,the bag has been ripped but there is still over three quoters full, worth £80
Also inc is the electronic pure water gauge,

Am i right in saying this doesnt have a battery and the water is pressurised ?
