Hi to all i would like to tell you someting about MSTAV please be aware of him he is a window cleaner and he intruduces himself as a round builder at the same time he is a man with no pride and never keep his word he is a member of this forum and usually involved with the questions and answers when he and his lot go out for canvassing their cansellation rate is %20 even without before the first clean and hardly anyting left after the first one he promises to replace or refund the money but never he will dissapier wont answer to your calls want txt you back noting you will try and try but no mike ,money is gone no contact noting so please be carefull if you wonna do business with him any kind business you might regret in future how do i know all that becouse all happened to me .

i done about 6k with him. top guy but his canvassers are what let him down. He then called it a day after that! But then its the same with all the companys i've used its the workers that let them down. he refunded me about 700 quid within days of me asking. that to me spoke volumes and since then we have spoken a few times about business. He has been a trust worthy guy in my dealings

he went out 3rd of april and lots of exqueses no contact cant call him top guy if he goes out with his guys to canvass he is responsable from their mess and of the day i deal with him same for every business is not it?

he went out to canvass 3rd of april came back with 32 customers and %70 of this customers cancelled after the first clean i did try to contact him by txt becouse he does not answer to my calls and does not call me back aither he txt me a few times and gave me some exqueses allways tomorrow family problems friend is on holiday and gave him my bank details (2 months ago) he said he is gonna refund my money as much as he can and now 22nd of august is not that long enough i asked him to be open and honest with me i did try to be understanding but noting .that is what i did try to tell earlier

ok mate sounds like your dealings have been different than mine. I'm sure he'll answer you on here at some point

well he needs to post on here as its sounds like he has some explaining to do, Some canvassing company's just love to boast how good they are at finding work for customers but it only takes one bad experience to make people wary and rightly so IMO.

Not quite sure I understand this but how can you blame someone else for customers cancelling after the first clean. Surely this is a reflection of the quality of the service they received from you. Or perhaps I'm missing something. :)

Not quite sure I understand this but how can you blame someone else for customers cancelling after the first clean. Surely this is a reflexction of the quality of the service they received from you.
Ive heard many a story of customers who have been so pressured into taking up the service that they sign up just to get rid of the canvasser and cancel before and after 1st clean regardless of how good the clean was, beside how many times have you done a clean that hasn't been done for such a long time and then be told we will contact you again when we need you

OMG i cant believe you wrote this on here. i canvassed great work for you in an area you chose,not me you all people with money in a posh area in surrey. You gave me a list of 8 customers which excuse my maths but isnt 70 percent, more like 20 percent. anyway i rung the list and 2 of them said you didnt ring first which was stated, 1 of them i got back for you by reducing the price from £12 to £10. i didnt get through to all of them but the ones i did said they found you rude and didnt do a good job puting it nicely(no offence but you english isnt the best either witch may put people off). now if 70 percent overall had dropped out then instead of pointing the finger id look closer to home. Sorry but i did and still do have family issues which is why i didnt explain properly to you but that doesnt change the fact that its not my fault for these problems, im just the easiest person to blame arn't I.

I have just read a previous post from you saying that he got you 32 new customers & that 70% of them cancelled after your first clean.
The question that comes to my mind is that perhaps you are at fault & not him?

Sounds like the window cleaner is rubbish to me :)
I reckon even if they had been canvassed badly id keep more than 70 percent!
The way you dealt with the guy on here speaks volumes anyway to me, even if you're in the right you have made yourself out to be the bad guy and not the victim by slandering someone on here.....

theres 2 sides to every story as rightly stated...
i hired, well, thought i hired, gd roundbuilders to go out and get me some business...in my eyes i have a view on him, he has a view on me...bothered? nah.
interesting hearing other experiences with "canvassers" though, not too positive i have to say...no offence to MSTAV, i dont know you from adam.

OK cleaning is here will allways be here we have been cleaning windows for 15 years not just for beer money the only reason we wanted to use MSTAV services is we wanted to expend and get bigger we allready got hundreds of customers and we always did a good job we always will do a good job we are a very well known long established LTD company in our area we will never go bust with the money we lost to MSTAV but it is the princibles and being a trustworty ,honest tradesman that counts we always kept and keep our promises we never try to take jobs we are not able to complate but some of us in this forum trying to kill some time by just writing unnecessary tings like (have you donna runner?)why ? i just wanted to point out some facts about MSTAV (mike) you belive me or not it is your problem but if you dont people like mike and businesess like MSTAV will be arond will be taking peoples money not doing their job properly and blaming the language of the person they made business with rather than blaming their own unsuccesful businesses and their lack of abilities of succseeding in the businesses they are venturing in to thanks

there is a way that you could not have to deal with people who you alledge to be dishonest....
knock on the doors yourself..... then if things go wrong you just blame yourself not others

i picked up £1190 (100 a month) a year today in less than one hour knocking :) And left a good few leaflets which may get calls back too
