you will need a 12metre fishing pole conversion. Get you about 35foot reach.
however the cheaper the pole the less carbon in the pole means it will be far more whippy.
search for fishing pole or google search for DIY wfp forum.

you would be better off with older poles as there are slightly thicker but still don't weigh much, search flea bay for grim reaper pole, new poles are OK but you will need look for ratings of 18 plus commercial poles are good as they tend to be hit an hold style, 14.5m will be best bet. also old maver poles.

i use this one....just feed some heavy hose up through the middle, stick a plastic angle and holder on it and pull out to the length you require and hold the hose at the base.

Jonnyald; to attach the line you first have to fit the pole with elastic. This comes in various grades from vey light number 2 right up to lump stopping number 20+.
You elasticate the top two or three ( thin end ;) ) by first cutting a bung to fit in the fattest section to be elasticated. You now thread the elastic of your choice through the sections with a diamond eye threader and attach one end to the bung. Now pre stretch the elastic from the thin end which will pull the bung tight into the pole and bottom out the elastic; preventing droop whilst your fishing. All you do now is attach a connector to the other end and set the elastic so that it just about creeps back into the pole when you let go of the connector.
I'm now going onto my favourite match fishing site and explaining to someone how to clean windows with wfp ;D ;D ;D
