Title: Selling Contracts

Anyone had any experience?  We had discussed with a client resigning from sites which were not particularly working for us and they, in preperation, had asked a company to quote to replace us.  That company worked who we are and has approached us to sell on other contracts which is a possibility.

Anyone know what a good/fair multiplier is and is it based on hard and fast figures or just what the buyer feels after seeing each site and comparing what we charge to what they would.

Any info appreciated as have no experience in either buying or selling.
