Title: anyone in Lancashire/Cumbria

Just looking for any tips/help/info and help with pricing jobs in these areas.

Basically any info you think might be usefull to someone starting up. And how your finding the job lately.

A few months ago Ian from Windowcleanerpro posted a link for people to make there own online web site calculator

Was hoping mike 108, being fairly close to my area would be able to give a bit of info on prices and amount of work etc as he is quite close to me.

Post by: windymiller on August 21, 2009, 11:34:03 pm: It all depends on what customer base you are targeting. i know of window cleaners in the same area as me charging £6 for a 4 bedroom semi with conservatory where i would charge at least double this.
I basically get a price per hour i would like to earn then estimate how long it would take me to do the job and price accordingly.
in the last 2 months i have picked up over £300 per month of work and i charge more than the competition.
Get a price in your mind and stick to it.
