So my letter, along with it's jocular witticisms (IMHO ;D) is serious.
I guarantee that any cleans I do in heavy rain will be crap due to water running down the property walls and the fact that I can't see out of my glasses. The results are of course 110% perfect (in my eyes).
My customers are fine with this. ;D
Why not offer a general 24 hr guarantee
"while we pride ourselves on the quality of our cleaning, if you have any issues with our work please contact us within 24 hrs of the clean, we will rectify problem areas at no extra cost to you the customer."
if you make it specific to rain, cust's will be looking for fault when it rains ;)

WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK - JUST CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS
AND WE'LL RECLEAN FREE OF CHARGE
OR YOU WON'T PAY A PENNY
....IT'S THAT SIMPLE.
We do offer that '24 hour guarantee' and thankfully it has not been used that many times...but the offer is always there and it is also on their 'your windows have been cleaned' card.
