I take it that you feel aggrieved? On the cc side a few companies have had bad press.

Don’t know the company have they a web page?

If you belong to the other cleaning forum they have a section just for the P/W’s if not this is there site http://www.another forums.co.uk/

hi len  yes  they do have a web site www.briannixonjetters.co.uk  If any is thinking of buying from them look very closely at there terms and conditions.They work on repair only and if you need your eqipment for work this leaves you in abit of a mess and when they cant tell you when it will be repaired this makes it even worse.
