To be fair ro-man are pretty good if they have the item in stock.

If they don't, you don't hear anything unless you ring. Oh and try to speak to them or get an email responce that isn't automated within a week and you must be blessed

i ordered some stuff 12 days ago,no sign of it,they stopped replying to my emails ,now were having to buy water from elsewhere,it`s a complete pain in the arse,oh and they took the money no problem,that`s why

thing is every order i made not all of it was instock  ::)

Last time I ordered from them it was 7 weeks before the goods arrived. :(

I always thought that if a company just wasn't mentioned then that meant that they were pretty much rubbish.

ive allways had good service from ro-man products have allways arrived next day .
