Title: Work for sale in WREXHAM AGAIN

approx £2000 a month all on george work sheets, good work, nice customers, VERY compact, park up and stay on a street for a day type work, would suit a 1 or 2 man operation,all wfp, trolley is ideal as so compact. does involve terraced houses and some council houses, victorian town houses and semi's, but very compact and quick to do.
moved from area hence sale, however work has been and until sale WILL be kept up to date and VERY loyal customers.
I will introduce buyer to customers and send out letters.
£6500, buyer MUST pay a deposit and instalments are acceptable i will leave the offer up to you to present to me.

this work is now sold, thanks
