alrite guys i now offer a number of services on top of when i started i was thinking of sending a newsletter thanking for there continued custom and an update of services i provide and some special offers i was thinkin of introducing.

have any of u sent a newletter and got a bit of extra work from it??

does anyone have a copy of there newsletters??

why ?      just tell them of any additional services next time you round to clean

That's a great idea, brings you a bit closer to the customer, and they're definitely likely to ask you for a price if they ever need any of your other services..

a newsletter giving info on your other services?
that sounds a lot like a flyer >:(
