you will go far
you might even get a invite to that special invite forum ::) you know, where mere mortals cannot venture

Nothing wrong with a 12 hour shift if it's earning' your own wage. ;D
That said, you need a good work life balance. Too often I watch these wife swop type programs and you see a very nice house and possessions and then under the surface it turns out one of them works 15 hours shifts to pay for it and never see's the kids/wife/husband. Some "nice life"
So I'd say, whatever you feel comfortable with and whatever gives the best balance between income and lifestyle.

Going to have to offload work at this rate, can't keep up.

I do at least one every week.
That's why I can have Fridays off. :D
Did two last week and finished work 10 a.m. Thursday. ;D
But it depends on what you want, some blokes would like to stay out the house 5 days a week and therefore spin their work out a bit..... ;)

Sod 12 hour days. Like my social life too much. Work is just a means to pay the bills. Enjoy life while you can with the ones you love.

Sunday just gone I did all the caonpies at a morisons had to work outside shop hours, so did a 5:30-10 and then 16:30-22:00. Trouble is it's rarely worth it as the next day we couldn't work due to being fatigued.

My goal is to work four 6-hour days. I started on a 4 week cycle with three days per week of work. I'm now on 6 weeks @ 5 days (weather permitting) & need to off-load some work soon!!!!
Screw 12 hour shifts! ;)
