well i think staples shop are ok, they have a print centre, 5p a photocopy, and 38 quid for business cards black and white for 500

Vistaprint are much better for cards, choose the free cards option if you don't mind them simple and thinner, 250 cost just the postage (about £3).  They have Vistaprint ad on the back, but you can remove this for 99p.
