Title: contacting estate agents - do they manage the clean?

do estate agencies manage the cleaning of properties that they are selling/renting? thinking of contacting the local estate agents about cleaning for them but unsure what to say and if they actually deal with this?

Yes they do deal with the cleaning, once the tenants have left they go in & inspect the property if its not up to scratch they will then contact the varios services required to get the place up to scratch for the next tenant. So contacting them is very worthwhile
