Title: poles ontop of the van roof!
Post by: alboy on August 06, 2009, 09:14:11 pm
Been using the poles for a year now and understand about keeping the brushes clean, yet i see loads of guys in my area with the brushes on their roof and then driving on dirty roads then pulling up at houses and going straight to buisiness. Surley this must be a nightmare for them or am i missing something

when i had a smaller van did exactly that as well.
Did'nt seem to make any difference at all.
Whether your brush gets traffic fumes and dust on it from being on top of your van or from cleaning dirty windows, the result is the same.

a lot of the newer poles are now made in smaller sections so they can fit inside vans

Combovan fits a nice 3 section 17 footer inside it, though it does stretch over the high parcel shelf at thr front. ;)
