Title: Workshop / Office Unit

Does any one on here rent a workshop/office unit to store equipments and run operations from?

speaking small scale ops here 1-2 man operations.

Has anyone in the past and got any experience they would like to share?

I run out of a farm building - about a mile from my house. I have been there four years now. No rates - straight 300 per month - invoiced.

Downstairs - enough room for four  vans and all heavy cleaning equipment.

Upstairs - water production & 4 1000 litre tanks, gym, storage area and large office.

Nothing pretty to look at but no one comes sniffing round either!!

i have a big storage conatainer and and area to park vans in to fill tanks £100 a month, i could do the storage container up and use has office but i have a office under my stairs
