Title: Sign writing (first proof) *UPDATE*
Post by: krave on August 06, 2009, 06:11:33 pm
Just had the first proof back from a sign writers Im using, I was wondering what people thought of the design.

My logo is not on there nore is my landline atm, Web site is in developement now.

Wondered If any one had any idea's or things I could possibly add.

I did request that I wanted it rather simple.

Thanks

P.s I imagine the back numbers to be level, and I am going to request the web addy be under the reg plate as my bumpers black and textured.

Looks neat and tidy to me.

Might it be worth considering putting the website name under the black line, and making it a little bigger?

Looks very good and smart but one tip I'll give and that is always try to have what you do larger than your name, your advertising what you do and potential customers see window cleaning and know what it is straight away, if they see crystal clear they have to use their grey matter  ;) and that can be difficult for some people  ;D

Always remember Your trade and your phone numbers should be the largest advertising.

The only comment I would make is if you want the van to be a mobile advert you want a big phone number that can be read by the neighbours across the street and a number on the back that can be written down by somebody waiting behind you at traffic lights.

Spot on!

In my opinion the back is very valuable, as you rightly say people following you have time read and to note your ad and contact details.

Always put sign writing on the roof.

You have paid for the roof so why not use it to earn you money.

Four days after we put it on one of our vans, a transit, we got four flats to builders clean.

The foreman had seen us driving past from one of the upper floors dialled the number there and then

Your sign writer won't charge must extra to do it and it is also a great talking point

Thought I would add the pictures now, completely forgot about this. Website is in production from a big company (getting done free though)

And still waiting on sky tv for my phone line... DO NOT recommend there phone service at all.  :)

P.s my hub caps are off due to a wrong sized wheel!
