Found out today that one of my custys owns a commercial vehicle conversion business.

Thats handy for when i get my van  ;D Got a card and told her ill be in touch when i get me van

Turns out her husband has been wanting to do a window cleaners van for some time, but no one has ever asked.

They have had the contract to convert West Midlands Ambulance vehicles for some time now.

all my customers are retired,buissness owners or a couple of surgeons .

One of mine is an arms dealer, no kidding, all legal as well. But I wont be buying anything from him.

I've had lots of work from custy's i.e there offices, shops, restaurants etc etc

I've also had other connections like one fitted my hot waters cylinder when the old one sprang a leak

any talking point with a customer is good as it cements the relationship but stear clear of health questions with the old biddys or you could be there a while. :) :)

I asked one of my custys what she does for work. 

She said "Oh i workd for t-mobile"

I said "ah thats who im with for my phone contract"

she said "oh do you have any discount?"

I Said "No?"

"Well" she said "I'll get you 50% of your monthly bill for life!"

So now im saving about £17 a month! That's the equivalent of having
a £17 custy but without having to clean the windows!!!

Definitely worth finding out what your custys do for work!
