ok just read a topic, a guy wants to give up his job of 28k per yr.
u all giving hi advice about his first yr.
so what will a average income for trad w/c... i am on 18,500 per yr but it not going well at mo
my question is what would my first month be? or average?
my area kent is about 10 for house but i going to start with bunglows oap etc

all depends on if you are a charmer or a sour sod . if you can keep smiling and have the skin of a rhino you could be raking in a couple of hundred a week After the first month . if you are sour looking probably ten or twenty quid a week .

Bungalows are my best earners by far. They all tend to have large windows, lots of glass. People hate washing them. I do them trad and fast and do well on them.

Yes, everyone loves them and anyone can do them, thats the very reason I would forget canvassing them if I was just starting up.

My sister gets here windows cleaned and her lawn cut for a grand total of £5.00, he even strims the edges for that.
