Don't know about anyone else but I use CIf cream cleaner (must be the cream) for everything and I swear by it. Amongst other things I use it on gutterings before powerhosing off brings everything up a treat and removes even the most stubborn stains. I find it far better than TFR.

should work fine but tfr is best if cleaning by hand cleans guttering easily

I've tried TFR but find diluted CIF (applied with brush on guttering) just as good and in some cases (when used on doors/frames) ect better. Although I do still keep TFR and somestimes (horror) even mix the two  together (diluted) But whatever you use as long as it does the job thats the main thing lol.

Never dream of using it as it's abrasive and takes the sheen off upvc.
Best one I use is a upvc solvent cleaner....made for the job ;)
